Seven years of building,
fixing & growing.

I started in 2019 as a freelance WordPress and Shopify developer and never stopped shipping. More than 400 WordPress sites later, I work across the whole stack: Laravel, React and Next.js web apps, iOS and Android apps like GMH Rides and GMH Chauffeur, and the Linux servers they run on.

At NUST SEECS I work mainly as a full-stack developer, building custom apps for research projects. The biggest is the UKRI-sponsored S2Cool climate platform. I'm also a Research Assistant under Dr. Moazam Fraz, working with local LLMs.

On the infrastructure side I've managed 20+ servers. 4 are fully under my management today over SSH, and I look after 40+ client Hostinger accounts. On the growth side there's Google, Meta and Bing Ads (£5M+ from Google Ads for one retailer), SEO, and email marketing on Brevo, Mailchimp, Moosend and Mailgun.

Full-Stack Developer

NUST SEECS · MachVIS Lab & ICESCO Chair

  • Build custom apps for research projects, led by the S2Cool Pakistan Climate Platform (UKRI-sponsored, with Northumbria University).
  • Scraped weather data from all over Pakistan (15 years of history) with Selenium, built formulas from it and displayed it on a live Next.js map on Vercel.
  • Built PDF parsers and image-to-text converters for unstructured meteorological reports.
  • Designed, built and maintain the MachVIS Lab website (since 2021) and the ICESCO Chair website (since 2023), with portal installs and automated deployments.

Research Assistant

  • Built the lab's pooled GPU cluster, combining an RTX 5080, an RTX 4080, an A100 and a 128 GB GPU so AI engineers can run Llama and other local models for their research.
  • Local deployment, fine-tuning and testing of large language models for complex data extraction.
  • LLM-powered scrapers that adapt to each website's style, with custom scripts for many publishers (including protected sites). They extract emails, author names and titles from PDFs.
  • Automated web-scraping pipelines built with agentic IDEs to create research datasets.
  • Academic graphics and support for workshops on applied AI and data science.

Swiss Made Direct & OriginMade

  • Took Swiss Made Direct from 2 to 10+ orders a day on average, from organic traffic only, with no ads.
  • Technical SEO, schema installation, sitemap upgrades, LLMs.txt updates for AI search and Rank Math setup, plus ongoing fixes and tweaks.
  • Cleaned an infected server, fixed the application's SEO issues and made a slow site A-grade on Cloudflare with edge caching.
  • Migrated translations safely from GTranslate to WPML and fixed every issue it raised. Also migrated the server from 10Web to Cloudways and upgraded it.
  • Built custom plugins and APIs for payment gateways and shipping vendors (FedEx, Spring and more), including a custom Spring plugin, plus membership, side cart and filters.
  • Manage the full server, Cloudflare, domain and email, and set up Moosend, Mailchimp, SMTP, Matomo, SE Ranking and Ubersuggest.
  • Built and shipped Swiss Made Direct's iOS and Android apps: gamified pop-ups, login, cart, coupons, multi-language and multi-currency support, and a custom checkout.
  • Built originmade.org and its country platforms, and building the OriginMade e-commerce app.

  • Built the GMH platform: the GMH Rides (passenger) and GMH Chauffeur (driver) apps on iOS and Android, plus the dispatch dashboard, corporate portal and partner portal.
  • The web portal manages drivers, customers, payments, tracking, invoicing and zones.
  • Developed the websites, ran SEO and Google, Meta and Bing Ads, and handle daily social media: posts, engagement and reels.
